Our pupils really enjoyed World Book Day celebrations at St. Colman’s, coming to school dressed in their pyjamas and with their favourite books.
Pupils from Primary Seven, Six, Five and Four paired with younger pupils from Nursery to Primary Three and shared stories.
Later in the day Key Stage One and Two pupils enjoyed a World Book Day quiz. There was great excitement and competition among the pupils!
In the lead up to the day, classes also took part in an Adobe Express competition on Newsdesk. They had to create original characters. Their work was amazing!
