Traditional Foods - Soda Bread and Boxty

Primary 6 have been exploring Irish culture through food by making traditional dishes such as boxty and soda bread. As part of their learning about Ireland, pupils had the opportunity to get hands-on in the kitchen, discovering the ingredients and techniques behind these classic recipes. The activity not only helped deepen their understanding of Irish heritage, but also brought history and geography to life in a fun and memorable way.
