During our Shared Education sessions with Fairhill, we have focused on teamwork, creativity and problem-solving. Last week, the children worked together to build structures using spaghetti and marshmallows before exploring symmetry through the creation of patterns using a variety of natural resources and chalk. During today’s visit, the children used shape tiles to design and build strong structures, improving their communication and engineering skills. They then worked together to discuss and create their ideal classroom, focusing on what makes a positive learning environment.
