Primary 4 enjoyed a fun and active outdoor maths session, where they explored different area pictures made up of full and half squares. The children worked collaboratively to count the squares, developing their understanding that two half squares make one whole. There was a real buzz of excitement as pupils moved around, shared ideas, and supported one another in their learning. This hands-on activity helped them to build a stronger understanding of area in an engaging and enjoyable way. Great work P4!
