During the month of January nursery have been learning all about Polar lands. We explored the different animals that live there in our small world area. Mrs. Gribben read non-fiction books to us to help us learn more about the Polar Regions. It is very cold in the North and South pole. We spent a week learning about penguins. Together we measured out an adult Emperor penguin, we then drew it and painted it. He is much taller than us! At the art table we painted our very own penguins. Didn't we do a great job!
