Primary 3 had a great time exploring measurement during our practical maths lesson. Using metre sticks and tape measures, the children investigated which classroom objects were longer or shorter than a metre. They measured doors, windows, tables, chairs and even themselves!
The class enjoyed making estimates before measuring and were excited to discover the exact lengths of different parts of their bodies.
There was lots of enthusiasm and good teamwork during this activity. Great fun was had by all while developing important measuring skills! 😊
