Looking after our Mental Health in P2

Last week our whole school focus was looking after our Mental Health. Primary 2 enjoyed a range of wellbeing activities, we started each morning dancing and singing to our favourite songs, we tried to fit in more exercise and we even made our own ‘worry monsters,’ to take away our worries.
