Little Healthy Me in Primary 1!

We have enjoyed our visits from Lindsey talking about keeping ourselves healthy and happy. The children met lots of different characters each week and learnt different breathing exercises to help regulate their minds when they are worried or angry. Every child received a pencil and booklet to complete to remind them of the ways they can calm down if they feel upset, angry, annoyed or worried. We have been trying the rainbow breathing and rollercoaster breathing exercises in class to help us settle after busy times in school and get us ready to learn.
