Easter Fayre

1st Apr 2026

We were delighted with the fantastic turnout for our Easter Fayre 🐣. The sun was out (for most of the day!). There were smiling faces all around, the school was filled with excitement and a real sense of fun throughout the day. It was a memorable occasion for our whole school community.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for the incredible generosity and support shown. Whether you donated prizes, baked delicious buns and cakes, helped our Primary 6 and 7 pupils set up their stalls, or purchased tickets on the day, every contribution played an important part in making the Fayre such a success.

A very special thank you to Mrs Loy, whose enthusiasm, drive and motivation were instrumental in bringing the Fayre together. We are also extremely grateful to our staff and PTA for their time and hard work behind the scenes.

We would also like to congratulate our amazing Primary 6 and 7 pupils, who demonstrated fantastic creativity and entrepreneurial skills through the wide variety of stalls they organised. These included penalty shoot‑out, hit the target, tattoos, Nerf guns, golf, nail painting, homemade lemonade, wooden crafts—and much more! One of the highlights of the day was certainly “Splash the Teacher/Principal.”

We are delighted to announce that we raised an incredible £5,075 ! Thank you once again for the kindness and generosity shown by our families and wider community. Our first purchase was a new piano for Mrs McMahon. There are several other items we hope to purchase, including ideas suggested by our pupils, we will keep you updated in future newsletters.

A percentage of the funds raised will also be donated to Trocaire.

Thank you all for helping to make the Easter Fayre such a wonderful success. 💛
