Nursery had a real treat last week when the "Amazon Jungle Show" came to visit. We got to meet lots of animals that can be found on the forest floor in the Amazon jungle. The children were very brave and all touched most of the animals. The animals all had lots of different textures and some had lots of legs. We looked at their skin and the colour of them. We were all amazed how the Chameleon changed colour when he came out of his box. Our favourite was Timothy the tortoise. He was very active and made us all laugh when he tried to get into Mrs. Gribben's office and into the kitchen. We are excited to learn more about animals in the jungle when we come back after the Easter break.
