Recently in Primary Two, we have been looking at different ways to sort, and how different diagrams can help us with out sorting. We began by looking at Carroll diagrams practically, creating our own on our carpet, before going back to our tables and working in partners to come up with different ways to sort. We focused on key language that we would use when sorting in a Carroll diagram, such as ‘red and not red’ ‘zoo animals and not zoo animals’. We even took our learning to the next step and explored Carroll diagrams with 4 sections!
