PJs, blankets and books…no better way to celebrate World Book Day this year and the staff joined in too! We created a cosy area with blankets and happy nappers to lie back and relax with our favourite books. P3s joined us for some paired reading. It was lovely to see the interactions and have our P4s read to our younger pupils, some cousins and siblings too! During the day when the bell rang we had to drop everything and read!
We also created new book covers on Adobe Express and had great fun in teams of P3, 4 & 5 in the afternoon with a kahoot quiz with Mrs Morgan! A really enjoyable day for all. Thank you Mrs McMahon for organising. 📚
