Our children today braved the elements and faced down Storm ‘Ciara’ whilst running in the national cross country championships at Stormont.
The course was a challenge with long grass, a large entry field and hills to contend with. We entered pupils from P6/7, some competing for the first time for St. Colman’s. As always the children showed great sportsmanship and competed to the best of their ability.
Well done Jack, Oisin, Finn and Noah from the boys. Congratulations to Olivia, Roise, Ellie-Kate, Lily, Ciara and Sarah for the girls. As well as earning a medal and certificate for your run today, you all have been awarded a House Cup coin. Remember to bring in your medals on Monday for assembly.
