The Primary 4 children enjoyed their Relax Kids class on Tuesday morning. During the class the children went through a 7 step programme- movement, games, stretching exercises, massage, breathing exercises, positive affirmations and relaxation.
The theme for the next 6 weeks is ‘Genius Genie’. The aim of the lesson this week was to introduce the children to how our brain works and how it impacts on our emotional wellbeing. The children were learning about ‘the owl’ ‘the meerkat’ and ‘the elephant ‘ and how these work in our brain.
